During this FREE single-day in-person course, we’ll cover topics including healthy living and balance for athletes and families, health and leadership, Healthy Athletes and advocating for your health, and incorporating health at practice and competitions. We’re also hosting a Lions Club speaker to give an overview of Lions Club, the services they offer and the benefits of membership.

We will offer healthy meal and snack items for breakfast and lunch as well as water and healthy beverage options.

NOTE: This course is scheduled as an in-person event. If we learn that we can’t meet in-person and must move the course online, we will notify all attendees via email. This decision will be made on Monday, February 14.
