SO Together: Weights & Yoga

Yoga & Weights is a virtual class that offers strength postures that will have you moving, breathing and maybe even sweating! This class focuses on building and engaging your core strength to support you in more advanced postures. Yoga sculpt strengthens, balances, and exhilarates the body and mind. Light weights are used for a full body lift.
