SO Together: Intro to Taekwondo

Join Master DH for an authentic Korean martial arts class! DH is a Taekwondo black belt master and he has been training Taekwondo over 25 years. The purpose of Taekwondo training is to develop coordination between the mind, body, and spirit. No previous experience is necessary but bring your enthusiasm to the class!
Our activity will begin with a short meditation and thorough warm-up, and we will practice basic kicking, stances, blocks, and strikes. Please wear loose, movable clothing and clear the floor as we will get moving!
