I started a gratitude journal a few months ago, and it has changed my mindset and allowed me to appreciate the little things in life. Every night before bed I reflect on my day and think about all of the things I am thankful for.

In a gratitude journal you make a list of 10 things you are grateful for. Let’s write our lists together!

What you will need:

  • A journal or a piece of paper
  • A pen or pencil, whichever you prefer
