Do you want to be more comfortable in the kitchen? This course will teach you how to:
- Understand kitchen and food safety
- Identify and use kitchen utensils, including some that may be sharp or dangerous
- Measure ingredients
- Read and follow a recipe
On day 2, you will prepare a healthy snack using the knowledge learned in the course.
