Walk & Roll with SOMN

Join us for a fun competition that’ll put a little spring in your step!

We challenge you to stay active! Run, walk, roll, inside or outside—however you’re doing it, keep track of your time and see if you can make it on our Walk & Roll Leader Board! (Need an easy way to track your hours? Use our printable PDF!)

At the end of each week, submit the number of hours you have walked, ran, rolled or biked. Every Monday, we’ll update the leader board that shows off SOMN’s top movers!

Here’s how to join us for Walk & Roll with SOMN:

  1. Get moving! Go on a walk, run, roll or bike ride. Do it safely by watching for traffic and staying at least 6 feet away from others.
  2. Track the number of hours you go on a walk, run, roll or ride. No need to track exact distance or steps.
  3. Every weekend, report your weekly number of hours in our tracking form.

STAY SAFE! If you’re getting outside, make sure you are doing it safely by watching for traffic and staying at least 6 feet away from others.

Make sure you track your time each week and check the leader board below to see if you made it! Challenge other members of your team to see who can top the leader board! Easy, fun and healthy–it doesn’t get much better than that!
