Looking for a great way to kick start your week? Join me for a yoga session! As an athlete and tennis coach, I have practiced yoga for many years now to improve both my mind and body. Yoga is a great way to improve your relaxation, focus and positivity with breathing and centering techniques, while also working on strength, flexibility and balance by completing the yoga poses. These classes can help everyone of all ages and levels start their week right. I hope you join me soon!
