SO Together: Track & Field Training

Spread out and grab some comfy shoes and Coach Tyler will teach you the skills you need to be great at Track & Field events! These sessions will cover training and techniques for all common track and field events. Make sure that you have enough room so that we can work on warm-ups, exercises and drills. No track or field experience necessary. We hope to see you there!
