SO Together: Bodyweight Workout with Natalie and Alicia

Let’s get our body moving with this low-impact, full-body workout! We will do stretching, cardio, arms, legs and core exercises to get your whole body moving. This workout requires no exercise equipment, although we recommend that you have a yoga mat, soft space or a blanket/towel to be more comfortable while doing exercises on the floor.
