SO Together: Bodyweight Workout with Natalie & Alicia

Let’s get our body moving! Join us for a low-impact, full-body workout. In this session, we will incorporate stretching, cardio, arms, legs and core exercises to get your whole body moving. The workout requires no exercise equipment. (We do recommend that you have a yoga mat, soft space, or a blanket or towel so you’re more comfortable while doing ab exercises on the floor.)
