Richfield Police Department and Special Olympics Minnesota present the PennFest Plunge! Support the athletes of SOMN by registering to take the Polar Plunge in our mobile Plungster on September 19 from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m., or by swinging by the Plungster to Plunge on the fly! Participants are asked to donate any amount prior to Plunging; however, if you donate $20 or more, you’ll receive a SOMN shirt or ballcap! We encourage you to bring your friends and families to watch and hang out.
