Unfortunately, because of the number of participants, teams, events and volunteer schedules, we are unable to make up a game, event, heat, etc. that someone misses.

Yes! There are multiple food and concession options on campus. Note that the outdoor food tent in the plaza and at The View on the 2nd level of Anderson Student Center are meal ticket only.
Meal tickets are for registered participants only. Meal tickets are provided in the delegation registration packet that's given to the HOD/head coach who checks the delegation in. You must get your meal tickets from your delegation.
Pop-up tents are allowed, BUT tents may not be staked in the ground, grass or turf. Tents must be anchored to the ground via weights or zip tied to existing structures. Track and field teams are encouraged to zip tie pop-up tents to the seats in the stands.
It's up to each delegation to find their own location. Delegations should inform their athletes, coaches, Unified Partners and parents/guardians in advance of Summer Games where their team will be located as well as when they compete and how to contact head coaches/HODs (e.g., phone numbers). Delegations will enter and sit in the stadium on the turf; bring a blanket or camping chair. The general public will sit in the stands and are welcome to join us on the field for the dance.
