Regional Track & Field Competition (Grand Rapids)
Participate at our in-person Track & Field competition! All athletes and Unified partners can participate in person and receive an award. Schedule: Track and Field 1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Individuals should register with their delegation for this event before registration closes on May 23. All paperwork will be due by May 31.
Ready for a fun night of music & dancing? We'll provide the music, you provide the dance moves! If you don't want to show off your moves, just come and enjoy the music at a SOMN virtual Dance Party!
Join us for Virtual Tennis Practice! Grab a racquet and a ball, and Coach Eva will teach you all the skills you need for tennis! No tennis experience necessary! We will watch the skills on video, then practice the skills we watch. See you there!
Looking for a chance to hang out and have fun with athletes? Then join us in the Athlete Hangout, where we talk about almost anything and joke around with each other and get to know new and familiar faces.
All participants will need a 7 foot stretch rope (5/8 inch boat rope from any hardware store) or beach towel as a backup. All body weight movements will have the option to increase intensity with dumbbells. Dynamic warm-up: 10-15 minutesConditioning: 10-15 minutesStrength: 15-20 minutesCool-down: 5-10 minutes
Join us for this fun 5K walk/run to benefit Special Olympics Minnesota! Register for the 5K (click on the pink "Special Events" tab at the top of the webpage, then select "Officer Scott Patrick Memorial 5K") for $25.
