How does it work?

  1. Participate in that day’s health and wellness activity by liking, commenting or posting a video or photo. You can participate every day or however many days that work for your schedule.
  2. At the end of the 12 Days of Wellness, tell us how many days you participated and what your favorite day was. Once you submit your results, you’ll be entered into a drawing for a Fitbit!
  3. Share a 12 Days of Wellness video on social media (or call a friend and tell them what you did) and we’ll double your chances of winning the Fitbit.

On the 2nd day of Wellness, Special Olympics Minnesota challenged me to: Get outside

On the second day of Wellness, SOMN challenges you to bundle up and get outside at least two times today! Post a short video of your time outside and tag it with #12daysofWellnessSOMN

On the 3rd day of Wellness, Special Olympics Minnesota challenged me to: Create 3 healthy snacks

On the third day of Wellness, SOMN shares 3 healthy snacks! Create and post photos of the recipe you made and tag #12daysofWellnessSOMN

On the 4th day of Wellness, Special Olympics Minnesota challenged me to: Practice 4 mindful meditations

On the fourth day of Wellness, SOMN shares a 4-step meditation exercise.

On the 5th day of Wellness, Special Olympics Minnesota challenged me to: Dance 5 minutes

On the fifth day of Wellness, SOMN challenges you to dance for 5 minutes. Comment your favorite song to dance to or share a video of you and your family dancing!
