When
The first Plunge will take place on Friday, February 12, at 3 PM. Super Plungers will make their final Plunge immediatly after the Opening Ceremonies at 2:15 PM on February 13, just prior to the "one timers"!
Why
To raise funds and awareness for the 6,000 athletes of Special Olympics Minnesota.
How does this work?
Super Plungers plunge 24 times in 24 hours, have lots of fun, and end up with one crazy story to tell! Super Plungers are required to have one handler throughout the evening, to help with changing, dressing and individual needs. Dressing facilities, sauana, hot tubs, food and beverages are provided for both the Plunger and the handler throughout the event. Pictures will be taken prior to every Plunge to verify the 24 Plunges.
Last year, three brave Plungers raised over $10,000 for Special Olympics Minnesota in the third Super Plunge event!
